Sometimes we can give your a number over the phone, esp if you send us a few pictures. For more complex projects, we will meet with you, take a look at your project, then work up a detailed figure for you and put it in writing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Just over 20 years in the construction field with 11 years as a fully licensed general contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing volunteer work with my church, then I married into a family that had a large construction business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with large apartment owners, to doing new buildouts, to repairing manufactured homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a 4 week kitchen remodel recently, complete gut, new plumbing, electrical, cabinets, counter, flooring and appliances. The customers were great, and we will be doing a bathroom for them this next calander year.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure your contractor is licensed for the job they are going to do, get a fully written and signed contract,
